Serrano Summit

Serrano Summit is a new home community by Lennar Corporation in Lake Forest, California that opened in February, 2020. It features 6 different communities with single-family homes, townhomes, duplexes and condominiums as well as a large recreation center. I was in charge of developing the branding and then designing all the marketing materials to advertise this new community from brochures and environmental signage to landing pages and social media posts. The challenge for the company was to sell their most expensive single-family homes. To appeal to the demographic, I chose the imagery and fonts that evoke elegance and sophistication. I developed the branding with a fresh botanical watercolor and graphics of birds to display this urban masterplan surrounded by nature as a beautiful setting for families to plant their roots.
